While 1.1.1 is required for PHP 7 support, we technically only depend on the 1.1.0 API (this is more relevant for HHVM).

This ensures that the library's default type map (i.e. model classes) are used for manually constructed Database and Collection objects.

This adds inheritance of the Database's type map option, which should have been added in 330e1e30.
